This document shows you how to upgrade HortusFox from 1.5 to 1.6.
The following files and folders have to be replaced:
/app
/public/css
/public/js
The underlying framework was updated.
Update your dependencies
composer update
The environment variable APP_SESSION was removed in favor for the following variables
# Enable session handling for logins
SESSION_ENABLE=true
# Duration of the session cookie in seconds. Use a larger number in production
SESSION_DURATION=240
# Name of session cookie (optional)
SESSION_NAME=null
You can also update the installer files:
/public/install
Docker support is now enabled. Check the readme of the web application in order to use it.
